Abstract:In order to achieve the coordination of cement treat gravel base(CTGB) material mix proportion design between indoor experiment laboratory test, and production practice test results play the role of guidance to field construction, base on the analysis of the traditional course "mix proportion design of semi-rigid base test ", the course objectives were adjusted on the basis of the principle of production practice in harmony with indoor test;According to the new objective of the course, the equipment of vibration mixing, vibration molding and anti-scour was developed, standard test parameters were proposed, and numerical simulation of anti-scour test was carried out. The scour stress distribution of the scour specimen was clarified, which was used as the basis of analysis of anti-scour test for students.Through the analysis of the physical indexes of three groups of different mix ratio design test methods, the students have made clear the physical significance of the optimal water content and the influence rule on the maximum dry density by the three methods. The mechanical index test results of three different test methods showed that the compressive strength average increase of 2MPa was obtained in group A, which was by vibration mixing and vibration molding. It can save the cement by 1.3%. Through the analysis, the students have made clear the influence of different test methods on the strength and the mechanism of the influence. The scour resistance test of CTAB under different cement dosages shows that the mass loss decreases with the increase of cement dosages. Functional indexes should be taken into account when determining the cement dosages. Numerical simulation results can well explain the test phenomenon.Based on the new goals of the "semi-rigid base mix design experiment" course, so that the students clear mix design essence, it is not only to meet the strength requirements, but also to take into account the functional indicators, new goals are not only cultivate students" practical ability, but also largely cultivate students" ability to analyze and solve problems.
