Abstract:
At present, there are still some problems in the cultivation of full-time professional degree postgraduates in China, such as the lack of distinct differences between the cultivation of full-time professional degree postgraduates and academic degree postgraduates, the lack of occupational accomplishment of tutors, the emphasis on academic training rather than practical training, and the lack of effective evaluation system, which seriously restrict the development of professional degree postgraduates education. In order to meet the urgent demand for high-level application-oriented professionals in the new era of China"s social and economic development, a joint practice base for university-enterprise collaborative education is established based on the principle of the unity of professional and academic. The program can provide a platform for practical education for professional degree postgraduates through training and management practices. Construct a dual tutor system for professional degree postgraduates and create a high-level and stable tutors team with strong engineering practice ability in enterprises and institutions can provide essential conditions for occupational training of postgraduates. Expand professional practice training platform to improve the occupational ability of professional degree postgraduates. Construct a professional-academic dissertation evaluation system and put the occupational education of professional degree postgraduates into practice, so as to improve the occupational education of professional degree postgraduates and promote the effective development of professional degree training mode.
