    Abstract:

    Most colleges and universities in our country actively promote the employment competitiveness of construction graduate students under the background of "double first-class", but the employment prospects are still not optimistic, and the competitiveness has shown a downward trend. This article intends to adopt the existing training and management model of construction graduate The analysis, combined with the concept of multiple collaboration, proposes to build a "five-in-one" architecture graduate student innovation and practice combining the five units of "optimized teaching mode + vertical scientific research topics + discipline competition + horizontal practice projects + industry-university-research practical platform"ability training model .Colleges and universities should strengthen the connection of school, college, research team and instructors to ensure the orderly progress of various teaching and scientific research tasks and the effectiveness of student management. In these ways,we can guide students to develop their own comprehensive abilities and enhance professional abilities.
