Abstract:Will the new generation of teachers" work values affect their work performance? Based on consistency theory and social identity theory, this study constructs a two-way hypothesis model of the impact of work values on job performance. Through two-stage questionnaire survey, 253 samples of new generation teachers were obtained, the data were analyzed by regression analysis and other techniques, the results show that work values have a significant positive impact on job performance, professional identity and organizational identification, professional identity and organizational identification play a dual intermediary role between work values and job performance, namely, work values—professional identity—job performance, work values—Organizational identification—job performance, overall, the research hypotheses have been verified. The research results enrich the relevant research results on the impact of work values on job performance, and provide new ideas and guidance on how to improve the job performance of the new generation teachers.
