Abstract:
The problems existing in professional practice teaching of engineering graduate students were analyzed, the important position and role of tutors in professional practice teaching is pointed out, and the methods to improving the quality of professional practice teaching through tutors" action were put forward in this paper: by self-improvement to improve their guiding ability, by systematic planning of postgraduate training process to improve the degree of association between professional practice and other links, by seeking cooperation actively between schools and enterprises to improve the cooperation between tutors inside and outside the school, by taking five-education throughout the whole process of professional practice to improve the comprehensive of professional practice education, by reforming the evaluation method of professional practice to improve the promotion effect of evaluation on the quality of professional practice teaching, by paying attention to the preparation of professional practice plans, so as to carry out practical teaching in an orderly manner under emergencies.
