    Abstract:

    In the context of the new era, colleges and universities should actively adapt to the new needs of economic and social development and students’ healthy growth, based on the new era, and further cultivate students’ comprehensive qualities such as personality, quality, knowledge, ability, society and sense of responsibility. In the process of “SanQuan” education, as the primary-level Party organizations, the teacher’s Party branch in colleges and universities adheres to the comprehensive leadership of the Party, how to play the role of fighting fortress of the primary-level Party and realize the education of the talents for the Party and for the country. Firstly, this paper analyzes the existing problems of college students, that is, their ideals and beliefs are not firm enough, their psychological endurance is weak, their anti-frustration ability is weak, and their network dependence is strong. According to the characters of college students at present, this paper introduces the Party building practices of the Party branch of automation department in Beijing university of civil engineering and architecture in the process of “SanQuan” education, mainly from four aspects: guiding of Party building and to firm ideals and beliefs; to Broaden the channels and cultivate the whole process of recruitment and training; paired assistance, home school education, empathy between teachers and students, effective use of network and innovative teaching.
