    Abstract:

    The construction management major in local universities is faced with great restrictions on teachers and conditions. There are prominent problems, such as inaccurate positioning of talent training, unclear knowledge structure, single training means, unclear application orientation and so on. According to the concept of "cross integration and information empowerment" in the Construction of New Liberal arts and related research results, the development idea of “one orientation”, “three-technology synergy”, “three-field integration” and “five-element optimization” for the major integration of construction management in local universities is proposed. Combined with the integration development of the construction management major of Hunan City University, this paper summarizes the measures taken by the university to vigorously promote the ideological and political construction of the curriculum, identify the intersection and integration points of engineering and management training paradigms, deepen the reform of the curriculum modules with BIM technology, strengthen the construction of information based teaching resources, deeply connect enterprises, and strengthen the teaching staff, in an attempt to provide theoretical research and reform reference for the development of the construction management major of local universities.
