    Abstract:

The "14th Five-Year Plan" of China clearly states that the key tasks of the development and reform of higher education include adapting to the change of teaching mode in the information age and promoting the deep integration of information technology and education. The outbreak of the new crown epidemic has led to the widespread use of online teaching, and the rapid development of computer networks has provided strong support for promoting the comprehensive reform of higher education in the "Internet +" environment. This paper introduces how School of Civil Engineering of ChongQing University takes the construction of geotechnical engineering big data and machine learning courses as an opportunity to create high-quality online and offline blended courses. By comprehensively improving the research quality and analysis ability of graduate students, ensuring the continuous output of high-level academic papers, and constantly enriching the academic achievements of graduate students, the essence and connotation of morality and education are effectively interpreted.
