    Abstract:

    In the context of the COVID-19 and the post-epidemic era, although the advantages of the digital teaching model have gradually emerged, the risks and crises faced by online teaching have also increased accordingly, and there is an urgent need to empower digital teaching with resilience on the temporal and spatial scales. This paper proposes strategies and suggestions for building a digital resilient teaching model in view of the impact of the epidemic on the academic work and daily activities of university teachers and students, discusses the concept and elements of a comprehensive three-dimensional resilient digital teaching model, and how to empower and toughen the teaching system of offline and online integration, aiming to provide new ideas for the innovation and development of resilient digital teaching model in the post-epidemic era.
