Abstract:
Undergraduate training plan is the programmatic document of professional construction, which has a very important role, and it is the educational contract between the major and college students. The major prepares training objectives and graduation, prepares curriculum system and offers courses, and audits students' graduation conditions according to the graduation credits. Students arrange their study plan according to the training plan and specify the competencies they should achieve according to the graduation requirements. Professional accreditation places great importance on the training plan and requires various specific requirements in addition to regular evaluation of the soundness of the training plan. The preparation of a training plan needs to meet the requirements of various standards, including accreditation standards. The development of a training plan requires student-centered work and a balanced approach to all aspects. Various educational ideas, such as broad-based and broad-caliber education, integrated education, cross-disciplinary and innovative practice, are reasonably integrated into the training plan. The research, analysis, formulation, management and implementation of the training plan are all very important educational aspects, and these tasks require a high level of comprehensive ability of the preparation team. The composition of the preparation team, the review process of the training plan, the revision process, the way of disclosure and the evaluation of rationality should be ensured by a strict mechanism to meet the requirements of professional accreditation. On the other hand, the training plan is also the carrier of the new mode of talent training, from experimental classes to the promotion of successful experience needs to be reflected in the changes in training plans. In the process of large class enrollment reform, the preparation of large class training plan may involve the coordination between different majors and even different colleges, and the needs and conflicts of various aspects will make this work will face more challenges. Teachers and students in higher education should work together to maintain the seriousness and authority of the training plan, to ensure the smooth management of the whole process of training plan, and to guarantee the quality of talent training.
