Abstract:
The innovative talent training mode can provide robust support for the construction of educational prowess, and exploring the integration of undergraduate and postgraduate of engineering education talent training is conducive to enhancing the quality of engineering talent development. The training of talents in engineering education is a systematic problem. The research takes system theory as the theoretical basis and starts with the elements of the training mode of talents in engineering education. This study to deconstruct and explore the five-year undergraduate and postgraduate training practices at the Indian Institute of Technology in engineering education. It reveals that the characteristics of through-through engineering education talent training are as follows: stringent entry and exit requirements ensure training quality; breaking down management barriers between master's programs facilitates integrated management; emphasizing collaboration among government, industry, and academia promotes cooperative education; prioritizing student-centered approaches allows for autonomy in talent development. Based on these findings, this research suggests that future engineering talent training should adhere to interdisciplinary training concepts while strengthening awareness of quality; improve the through-the-master's program's training mechanism with attention to continuity in talent development; foster multi-party cooperation in education to form an educational community; prioritize student-centered approaches to meet diverse developmental needs.
