Abstract:
The graduate design course of urban and rural planning is one of the most important courses for cultivating comprehensive thinking. It is not only practice-oriented for engineering projects, but also theoretical thinking for systematic research, as well as more overall considerations for society, economy, culture, ecology, etc., showing a diversified goal orientation. Therefore, the graduate design course of urban and rural planning needs to establish a teaching method oriented to multiple goals, and build a teaching mode of design course that integrates the teaching goals of schools, employment goals of enterprises and student development goals. Aiming at the current problems in teaching methods and evaluation system of design course for graduate students majoring in urban and rural planning, this paper analyzes the role of design course in graduate training in detail, and puts forward multi-objective teaching thinking of design course for graduate students majoring in urban and rural planning, so as to cope with many challenges in the future.
