    Abstract:

    Facing some teaching problems in the Real Estate Development and Management course such as the wide scope of content, high requirements for multiple courses knowledge integration, insufficient student knowledge reserves, students with low learning enthusiasm, and poor teaching outcomes, this study draws on the O-AMAS model developed by Nankai University. The course teaching content is designed based on goal-oriented principles and employs a kind of blended teaching approach. This approach maintains proper pressure on students at all times, stimulating their motivation for continuous learning, and cultivating a proactive learning attitude. It emphasizes the integration of knowledge from multiple courses such as engineering economics, economics, project investment and financing, and financial management to collaboratively solve real estate development issues, enhancing effectively teaching outcomes.
