    Abstract:

Advancing the digitalization of education is a strategic requirement to support the modernization of education with Chinese characteristics. Leading educational systemic reform and innovation through digitalization has become an important mission for educational development in the new era. The college career planning course, characterized by futurity, interactivity, applicability, and personalization, aims to help college students correctly understand the future talent market demands, cultivate core competencies, and achieve lifelong development. Currently, the course philosophy of college career planning struggles to meet the challenges of new employment models in the digital economy; the course content is hard to adapt to the requirements of the intelligent era for core competencies; and the teachers' competencies are difficult to keep up with the rapid development of digital education. Digital transformation brings opportunities for teaching and learning in college career planning course. Reforms need to be made in aspects such as course philosophy, course objectives, course content, teaching resources, teaching models, and teachers' digital literacy to promote the digital transformation of the course.
