    Abstract:

    The new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation and the transformation of China"s economic development mode are in a historic confluence period, which has comprehensively changed the training environment for excellent engineers. In the increasingly fierce international competition environment, excellent engineers have become the key variable affecting the national high-level science and technology self-reliance. In the face of changes and challenges, accelerate the construction of a Chinese characteristics, world-class engineer training system, with the goal of cultivating a team of engineers who love the Party and the country, are dedicated, have outstanding technological innovation ability, and are good at solving complex engineering problems. This paper proposes a school-enterprise joint training model composed of "ideological construction", "curriculum system construction", "engineering practice and scientific and technological innovation", namely a stepped and integrated training mode of "thinking, learning, practice and innovation . By deepening the integration of production and education, building a school-enterprise cooperation platform, realizing the combination of resources and optimization of allocation, and jointly cultivating compound high-quality talents in ideological cultivation, curriculum co-construction, engineering innovation and other aspects.
