    Abstract:

Employment is the most fundamental aspect of people"s livelihood. For universities to promote high-quality and adequate employment, university-enterprise cooperation is an effective approach. Most existing studies focus on vocational colleges, with relatively few theoretical studies and specific practices concerning university-enterprise cooperation in engineering, technology-based universities, and research universities. The article aims to optimize the quality of talent cultivation and enhance employment competitiveness, guided by the concept of communities leading university-enterprise cooperation. It constructs a university-enterprise community from four aspects: fostering common value pursuits, building a shared talent foundation, establishing a joint technology platform, and creating a unified training system. This exploration aims to find new pathways for university-enterprise cooperation in the new era, providing direction and methods for future university-enterprise collaborations.
