    Abstract:

In the face of increasing global competition and evolving societal demands, traditional graduate education models are encountering significant challenges. How to align graduate education with contemporary developments and cultivate high-level talents with innovative capabilities, social responsibility, and a global perspective has become a critical issue in higher education. Based on the educational philosophy of "Party leadership as the guide, innovation as the spearhead, and quality as the core," this paper integrates the teaching practices of the control discipline team at Chongqing University and proposes a team-based construction system characterized by "one integration, two dimensions, and multiple points." This system reformulates the graduate education model by emphasizing organized and team-oriented approaches, addressing issues such as weak ideological and political work, insufficient innovation, and incomplete quality assurance mechanisms in current graduate education. Through measures such as building organized teams, strengthening Party leadership, and innovating training models, the proposed approach aims to foster graduate students’ sense of social responsibility and historical mission, enhance their innovative thinking and practical abilities, and explore a development path for graduate education that aligns with China's realities and embodies the spirit of the times.
