    Abstract:

    Detailed planning teaching is the core teaching stage for planning implementation and management under the backdrop of territorial spatial planning. Through the inquiry of the detailed planning of teaching operation in 27 universities in China, combined with questionnaire survey from 98 undergraduates, and teaching experience, we explore the detailed planning teaching dilemmas and the reform direction. It reveals that in the context of compilation and management and stock transformation, detailed planning teaching faces transformation in three aspects: planning logic, compilation content and technical system. The traditional thinking and organization mode of design teaching are increasingly out of line with the needs of territorial space governance oriented by land use control. The detailed planning teaching in colleges and universities faces new challenges in teaching resource mobilization, teaching scenes and teaching methods. The practice of detailed planning teaching reform in the past three years has proved that the integration of industry and teaching, the integration of theory and design teaching, and the training of research skills can help improve students" learning experience, but it is still necessary to improve the authenticity of the scene of planning preparation, so as to deepen students" rational cognition of the ontology of detailed planning and the main points of preparation. Detailed planning teaching needs to be extended from a design oriented course serving incremental development to a spatial policy course serving stock management. Deep cooperation between universities and enterprises, diversified teaching methods and Compound evaluation system are the main directions of future teaching reform.
