    Abstract:

    Professional identity has a profound impact on students" learning motivation and career development. This study aims to explore the influence mechanism of professional identity of college students majoring in horticulture, collect data through questionnaires, use structural equation modeling method to analyze the key factors affecting professional identity, and explore the students" experience and feedback in professional learning. The results show that satisfaction has a mediating role between benefit perception and professional identity, and perceived value and benefit perception have a positive influence on professional identity. The research results can provide a scientific basis for improving the quality of education and optimizing the talent training program in the gardening profession.
