    Abstract:

With the advent of the industry 5.0 era, the demand for high-quality compound talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing is increasingly urgent. This paper focuses on the research and practice of the training system of new engineering talents in intelligent manufacturing for industry 5.0, aiming at constructing the training mode and system of innovative talents to meet the needs of future manufacturing development. The current situation and problems of traditional mechanical engineering talents training are explored, and the needs of intelligent manufacturing new engineering talents training under the background of industry 5.0 are analyzed, including the needs of innovation ability training, knowledge structure needs and training mode innovation needs. The connotation of intelligent manufacturing new engineering oriented to industry 5.0 is defined, and the training mode of intelligent manufacturing new engineering talents under the background of Industry 5.0 is presented. To provide reference for the training of intelligent manufacturing related professionals in colleges and universities, an interdisciplinary modular course of intelligent manufacturing is formulated, and a practical system for the training of intelligent manufacturing new engineering talents under the background of industry 5.0 is constructed, and the production-study-research cooperation mechanism for the construction of new teaching staff is explored.
