    Abstract:

    With the deepening of China's territorial spatial planning reform since 2019, the previous teaching content and methods of the comprehensive planning course in college has been facing massive challenges. How to adapt to the requirements of industry development worth insightful exploration. This paper reveal the essence and connotation of spatial planning from different systems, and propose that the planning industry should: (1)stick to the "origin" of planning——scientific allocation of spatial resource; (2)focus on the "core" of the territorial spatial system and element coordinated planning, to distinguish three types of teaching requirements: mastery, familiarity, and understanding, forming two teaching levels—— core and periphery, and arranging corresponding teaching content separately; (3)cultivate students' " craftsmanship " in the process of promoting comprehensive planning reform by paying more attention on practice.
