    Abstract:

In the background of global technological development and industrial upgrading, traditional higher education model that separates industry from education urgently require reform to cultivate high-quality talents with both innovative capabilities and practical experience. This study proposes a "dual-line integration" talent cultivation model for strengthening experimental courses in civil engineering disciplines in application-oriented universities, based on the integration of the "Four Chains", through the path of industry-university-research collaboration, and utilizing school-enterprise joint training. By adjusting curriculum structures and disciplinary specializations, strengthening industry-university-research collaboration mechanisms, enhancing mentor team development, and constructing a diversified evaluation system, the reform aims to optimize talent cultivation. Through field research, practical verification, and application evaluation, this proposed model has been proven feasible, effectively improving students' comprehensive competence and innovation ability, and strengthening the ability of universities to serve regional economic development.
