    Abstract:

Facing the dual challenges of technological innovation in the era of artificial intelligence and the digital, green, and intelligent transformation of the civil engineering industry, this study addresses the deficiencies in the practical teaching for civil engineering majors. These deficiencies include the shallow integration of ideological and political education with professional practice, the lack of a systematic engineering practical training model, and the poor synergy among practical educational resources. A new practical teaching system centered on the "Value-Competency-Integration" framework has been constructed. Guided by value cultivation, the system fosters a new ecology for ideological and political education featuring a "Three-Dimensional Cognitive Leap," deeply embedding value shaping into the entire process of professional practice. Through progressive competency development, it establishes a new "Three-Position Progressive" practical training model, systematically enhancing student competencies from foundational to innovative levels in a stepwise manner. By facilitating resource integration, it builds a new "Triple Integration and Synergy" pathway for practical education, achieving deep convergence of virtual-physical platforms, research-based cases, and university-industry resources. Since its implementation, this system has demonstrated broad applicability and significant effectiveness, providing new insights and methods for cultivating the practical abilities of top-tier application-oriented talents in civil engineering at regional universities.
