The ability of co-evolution is the key to achieving sustainable development of the system. The research is based on the perspective of complex systems science, decompose the co-evolution of the industry-education integration innovation ecosystem into micro, medium and macro levels to clarify its internal mechanism. Based on the above research, propose an implementation path for co-evolution. Including promoting the development of the triple helix to the multi helix, promoting the participation and development of diverse entities; enhance the adaptability of innovative entities and promote the generation of collaborative evolutionary behavior; innovate the integrated organizational form of industry and education, expand the path of system co-evolution; establish an evaluation mechanism for the coordinated development of the education system and the industrial system to ensure the sustainable evolution of the system.
