    Abstract:

As the main source of carbon emissions in China, the traditional engineering industry, as part of the main source of carbon emissions in China, to achieve the dual-carbon goals for green and low-carbon transformation issues need to be urgently resolved. With the deepening of the national policy on building energy saving and carbon reduction, the demand for composite talents for green low-carbon transformation has increased significantly. However, the traditional curriculum system of colleges and universities is lagging behind in content, fragmentation of disciplines, and weak practical links, which makes it difficult to meet the industry"s requirements for multidisciplinary integration and practical innovation ability. Based on the Zero Carbon Hut project, Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) has constructed a multidisciplinary integration teaching practice innovation model. Taking 5W1H and Feynman Learning Method as the carrier and combining the knowledge of multi-disciplinary fields, the university has developed a complete curriculum system of theoretical teaching, classroom practice and ideological education. Through visits and learning, hands-on practice and operation of the intelligent control digital twin platform, students are helped to master the core idea of low carbon and the core concept of multidisciplinary integration, and to cultivate their environmental awareness and sense of social responsibility. It effectively enhances students" systematic thinking, practical ability and multidisciplinary collaboration ability, and provides practical experience and demonstration path for the higher education curriculum reform of multidisciplinary integration under the dual-carbon goal.
