Abstract:Driven by new quality productive forces—represented by artificial intelligence, the new energy industry, and the digital economy—which are fueling revolutionary technological breakthroughs, innovative allocation of production factors, and deep industrial transformation, the production methods and management models in China's engineering construction sector are undergoing accelerated changes. This shift places higher demands on the innovation capabilities, comprehensive qualities, and employability of graduates in green and intelligent construction specialties, making "Government-Industry-University-Research (GIUR) collaborative education" an inevitable choice for deepening talent cultivation reform. Addressing existing issues in GIUR collaboration such as vague cooperative value, singular cooperation methods, and the lack of mechanisms, this study employs innovation scenarios to achieve "Four Clarifications" to deeply excavate the value connotation of collaborative education. It facilitates "Five Crossovers" based on innovation scenarios to enrich the cooperative paths for multiple entities. Furthermore, relying on AI empowerment, it constructs a smart cloud platform for GIUR collaborative education that simulates innovation scenarios. Ultimately, this study explores an innovation scenario-based model for GIUR collaborative education in green and intelligent construction, aiming to facilitate cross-boundary integration, positive interaction, and synergistic development in talent cultivation.
