    Abstract:

Developing new quality productive forces is a brand-new driving force for advancing Chinese modernization, and cultivating outstanding engineers in universities provides the source momentum for their formation. Proceeding from the inherent consistency of "education, science and technology, and talent," this paper deeply analyzes the value logic of the project of fostering virtue through education in the new era, the demand logic of industrial upgrading, the organizational logic of hierarchical university governance, and the development logic of individual faculty members. It explores the practical dilemmas of cultivating outstanding engineers and examines the cognitive contradictions between the education supply side and the industry demand side at the ontological level. On this basis, it proposes a new synergistic education mechanism centered on "value guidance, organizational restructuring, knowledge integration, and evaluation empowerment," so as to connect national industrial demand with individual growth channels and form a new synergistic education model for university engineering education that integrates both value rationality and instrumental rationality.
