    Abstract:

    In response to the national strategy of developing new quality productive forces and with an orientation of cultivating new quality talent, this paper proposes a three-pronged renovation model—"infrastructure enhancement, operational empowerment, and ecosystem expansion"—based on recent renovation practices in an architectural model laboratory. The model is grounded in the reconfiguration of physical space, intelligent upgrading of equipment, and construction of a safety system. It achieves operational empowerment through the design of second classroom activities, the organization of student associations, and mechanisms for interdisciplinary collaboration, while driving ecosystem expansion via the development of cultural and creative products and the integration of university-enterprise resources. This approach has significantly improved laboratory utilization and students" innovative practical capabilities. Practice shows that the model can effectively support the cultivation of new quality talent in higher education and provide a reference for the transformation of similar laboratories.
