With a brief account of the cultivation objectives and criteria as well as the reform of the “2+3” program offered by the Civil Engineering College and SinoCanadian International College of Guangxi University, this paper expounds the curriculum system and teaching program of this model of personnel cultivation and analyses its characteristics.
