Based on the study and analysis of traditional professional practice model in building engineering major, the paper puts forward to D&P model, and establishes D&P professional practice system, and introduces its application in author’s university for ten years It has been proved by practical application that the D&P model overcomes the disadvantages in traditional model, and improves students’ interests in professional practice, and enriches practice connotation, and increases the professional practice effects
