To build the system of certification and registration for architects in P.R.China, Ministry of Housing and UrbanRural Development decided to set up a professional valuation system for architecture specialty at the same time.The paper introduced the background of building a professional valuation system for architecture specialty, discussed the standard, procedure and evaluation methods of the system, and proposed the meaning of building the system.
