The paper analyzed the new situation of ideological and political education in universities and colleges, and proposed effective measures to enhance ideological and political education for teachers in universities and colleges, which were strengthening the guidance of Party committee, perfecting management system, enhancing construction of political cadres, and innovating methods of ideological and political work.
