    Abstract:

    Ring-teaching with integrated cases in project management is the results of the teaching reform,it is an effective teaching method to enhance students’ practical ability and innovating ability,and ensure the teaching quality.It needs a group of high-level and versatile teachers to implement ring-teaching with integrated cases in project management.This paper aims to analyze the existing quality and ability of teachers and the main problems in teachers’ training and propose the guidelines of teachers’ training which adapt to ring-teaching with integrated cases and explore approaches and means of shaping production,teaching and research integrating group of teachers which enhances accomplishment and accumulates practical experience simultaneously.
