With the rapid development of Internet and communication technology, colleges and universities should explore new methods to help postgraduate enrollment institutional reform, and solve some problems in the process of enrollment and propaganda. From the view of Internet, this paper has analyzed the influence of Internet to postgraduate's recruitment publicity. By establishing the comprehensive service platform of postgraduate enrollment, to integrate the existing websites, WeChat, Microblog and SMS, aiming to give full play of their respective advantages, reduce the information asymmetry step. The improvement of postgraduate enrollment and propaganda, will offer a variety of channels for undergraduate to obtain information, and provide quality assurance for research universities to select better postgraduate candidates.
