    Abstract:

    Blended learning developed rapidly as the rising of information technology and MOOC. This paper proposes that the implementing of blended learning is the tendency of the higher education. It helps students' deep learning and also promotes the exploitation of high quality education resources. Technical support, distribution of integration, better teacher training system and mature teaching evaluation are the basics of blended learning.
