    Abstract:

    The national higher education teaching achievement prizes is the highest award in the field of higher education and signifies the highest level of job of teaching of higher education in China. It is a visual identity to determine an overall teaching level and comprehensive strength of college and university. The award also has significant impact on the development of colleges and universities. Using the survey method, statistical analysis, case analysis and other research methods, the research was made on the award rate, constitute of organization, types of colleges and universities, subject distribution, probative term of practice, typical cases of the national higher education teaching achievement prizes. Based on the research and analysis, the teaching achievement prizes at the construction of colleges and universities should set up reasonable structure project team, attaches great importance to the practice and inspection, improving influence by strengthening promotion and publicity, improving winning competitiveness by standing out characteristics.
