The establishment of a professional degree postgraduate tutor team combining universities and enterprises is an important measure for innovative talent training mode. The composition and operation management system of school enterprise cooperation tutor team, the practical teaching reform, the curriculum construction, and the quality control and evaluation of degree thesis were summarized based on the pilot work of professional degree postgraduate team guidance, a project of school enterprise cooperation training mode reform in Wuhan University of Technology. The results promoted the change and innovation in the training mode of professional degree postgraduate.
