摘要:

针对三峡库区移民法律适用过程中存在的现实问题，从理论的高度和社会系统角度分析了库区移民法律适用过程中所发生问题的实质和根源，依据法律适用的公正、客观、科学等原刚，阐释了保证长江三峡库区移民法律适用的公正严肃性，必须建立有效的法律适用监督、管理机制，建立和完善库区移民法律适用体系，把握正确的法律适用依据和基本原则，以及加强执法、司法人员素质的培养。
