摘要:
本文在阐述我国新婚姻法中离婚法定条件规定的基础上 ,对其进行了分析及评价 ,并提出了立法建议。
Abstract:
Based on a general description to the stipulation of legal condition of the New Marriage Law of the People's Republic of China, the paper analyzes and evaluates it, in addition, a legislation proposal is put forward.
