以公共图书馆事业投入成本及图书馆员工和读者人数为解释变量 ,利用回归分析方法 ,建立事业投入成本模型 ,并用实例验证模型的正确性 ,为评价公共图书馆事业资源的有效利用 ,控制图书馆事业支出提供了科学依据。
