从我国法文化传统的角度分析行政指导行为的合法性 ,并透过依法行政理念的演进轨迹进一步讨论了这个问题 ,最后结合我国法制现实讨论了行政指导与依法行政的关系 ,指出应正确认识和实施行政指导行为 ,推动行政指导法治化 ,这是我国经济社会发展和行政法制建设的客观要求
