摘要:

教育具有产业的基本属性和主要特点 ,教育是产业。但教育也具有突出的公益性和意识形态功能 ,教育不能产业化 ,教育是第三产业。

Abstract:

Education has the primary characteristics of industry, therefore, education is a kind of industry. However, education has the functions of public service and ideology forming, so education can't be guided by profits.
