摘要:
点警制是新生制度,目的为提高办案效率,却混淆了权力与权利的界限.通过分析诉讼效率与诉讼公正之间的冲突关系,发现点选警察制没有根本性提高办案效率,反而加剧控辩力量失衡,一定程度上牺牲了程序正义.
