通过多种渠道评价 16位教师的课堂教学质量 ,分析结果显示 ,学校课堂教学质量整体良好 ,教师课堂教学质量的评价结果与教师的职称、所授课程的类型相关 ,同时各种评价渠道对课堂教学中好的方面和不足之处反映一致
