摘要:

四川省委办公厅在2003年出台《关于加强对领导干部身边工作人员管理监督的暂行规定》,要求不得为男性领导干部配备女性身边工作人员(秘书),有人据此认为女性秘书的职业前景堪忧。本文通过总结秘书职业的特点,以及分析性别在秘书职业中的作用,揭示这一问题的实质。
