高学历员工是民营企业核心竞争力之一。通过对民营企业高低学历员工需要比较 ,以及民营企业与国有企业高学历员工需要比较 ,从不同角度揭示出民营企业高学历员工需要的特征。在此基础上 ,提出了民营企业高学历员工激励管理的六条建议
