摘要:
受自然条件、发展基础、生态环境、人力资本、思想观念等主要制约因素的影响,三峡地区新农村建设具有明显的区域特征内涵。对这些制约因素的认识,也是新农村建设的必然要求。文章通过对这些制约因素的分析,认为只有真正认识到制约三峡地区农村经济社会发展各个主要因素的利害性,才能从根本上有针对性地探索化解这些制约因素的办法。从而取得该地区新农村建设的突破,进而加强整个三峡地区农村可持续发展能力,加快该地区建设和谐社会的进程。
