摘要:
本文对20世纪80年代以来的跨国公司对外直接投资的动因和决定因素理论进行了简单的回顾和梳理,在梳理过程中我们发现,现有的各种外商直接投资理论各有其局限性,单一的理论已经无法对现实中的跨国公司对外直接投资实践活动给出令人满意的回答。由此,外商直接投资动因和决定因素理论还有待进一步发展和完善。

In this paper,we first make a literature review about the determinants of foreign direct investment(FDI) based on the theoretical analysis since 1980s.The results indicate that there is some shortage in those theories,that is to say,only one single theory
