摘要:

隐性知识是知识的重要组成部分，创新人才的培养源于隐性知识的生成与获得。文章从隐性知识的内涵、特征、价值入手，探讨了隐性知识在培养研究生创新能力方面的作用，并对创造条件，提高个人隐性知识含量，培养研究生创新能力提出了建议。
