In the social science field of philosophy,pure scientific capital and systematized scientific capital are opposing to each other.As systematied capital is at a favourable postion in science field,the selfdetermination of scientific field is restricted.Now,the transform of knowledge and power is becoming a widespread phenomenon, the transformation phenomenon of each other between knowledge and power is caused by the transformation of pure scientific capital to systematized scientific capital.Autocratic of science and technology reduces the position of the social science of philosophy in the human practice.
